Shipping Policy — Tepuy Shopping

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 7 to 15 business days from the date the order leaves our warehouse.
  • Colombia and Mexico: 7 to 15 business days from the date the order leaves our warehouse.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Free Shipping

All orders include free shipping to the USA, Colombia, and Mexico.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. We will send it to you by email once your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that tracking may take 3 to 5 business days to activate after you receive the number.

Note: some shipping methods do not provide full tracking once the package reaches the destination country. In those cases, tracking updates may stop without the order being lost.

Customs and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees according to the laws of the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and Tepuy Shopping has no control over them and cannot predict their amount.

If a package is held, destroyed, or returned due to the recipient's failure to comply with customs procedures, Tepuy Shopping is not responsible for the loss.

Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Tepuy Shopping is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at shoppingtepuy@gmail.com. The timeframes for filing delay claims are:

  • USA: starting 45 days after the order left our warehouse.
  • Colombia and Mexico: starting 60 days after the order left our warehouse.
